MML research is focused on fundamental and applied investigations in the field of Microsystems and MEMS. Major research areas include polymer microfluidics, bioMEMS, and piezoelectric microsystems. Microfabrication is performed using dedicated facilities in the MML clean room, including a class 1000 lab in the off-campus Engineering Research Building. |
