Users are no longer permitted to re-thread the wire bonder. If the thread needs to be fixed, inform Dr. Daniel Lewis.
If you un-thread the machine, you will be charged 2 hours of the Staff Assistance Fee.
If you lose the tools that are labeled for use with the wire bonder, you will be charged 4 hours of the Staff Assistance Fee.
The West Bond model 7KE wire bonder is a convertible manual wire bonder to interconnect gold wire leads to various semiconductor devices.
Operation is limited to users approved and trained by FabLab staff. |
