UMD Workshop on Additive Manufacturing Innovation This is an internal workshop for the University of Maryland community on innovation in additive manufacturing. It is related to a funding opportunity from the Army Research Laboratory, Research Alliance for Additive Manufacturing Innovation.
If you wish to attend, please
1) Send an email to Elizabeth Lathrop indicating your interest; and
2) Prepare a short presentation (5-10 minutes) on additive manufacturing research in your lab to share with the larger community. We wish to broaden everyone’s knowledge on the different additive manufacturing research going on in the college.
In addition to hearing from everyone about current research, we will also discuss what the universitty can present at the ARL kick-off meeting. We may also want to consider educational programs we could offer to ARL.
Remote presentations are possible via Webex if you are on travel, but please let Elizabeth know if you intend to participate in this way.
