Research professors Dr. Lourdes Salamanca-Riba, Dr. John Cumings, Dr. Bryan Eichhorn, Dr. Min Ouyang, and Dr. Arthur Popper, members of the Maryland NanoCenter, were awarded a NSF MRI grant $500k.

The NSF award builds on major investments the campus has made in transmission electron microscopy (TEM), providing funds to add pivotal chemical analysis capability to our new instrumentation.
