AIM Lab Winter 2022 FIB Short Course
AN INTRODUCTION TO FOCUS ION BEAM (FIB) FOR THE NEW FIB OPERATOR

In addition to lectures, there will be an emphasis on laboratory exercises that focus on instrument operation and practical applications.
